627.805  Departmental regulation of variable and indeterminate value contracts; rules.--The department, notwithstanding any other provision of law, shall have the sole authority to regulate the issuance and sale of variable and indeterminate value contracts and to issue such reasonable rules as may be necessary to carry out the purposes and provisions of this part.
