624.314  Publications; Insurance Commissioner's Regulatory Trust Fund.--The department shall deposit all moneys received from the sale of publications under s. 624.313 in the Insurance Commissioner's Regulatory Trust Fund for the purpose of paying costs for the preparation, printing, and delivery to the department of the publications mentioned in s. 624.313(2), packaging and mailing costs, and banking, accounting, and incidental expenses connected with the sale and delivery of such publications by the department. All moneys so deposited and all funds hereafter transferred to the Insurance Commissioner's Regulatory Trust Fund are appropriated for the uses and purposes above mentioned.
