Section 631.918, Florida Statutes 2002

631.918  Immunity.--There is no liability on the part of, and a cause of action may not arise against, the corporation, its agents or employees, or members of its board of directors, or the department or its agents or employees, for any action taken by them in the performance of their powers and duties under this section, unless such action is found to be a violation of antitrust laws, was in bad faith, or was undertaken with malicious purpose or in a manner exhibiting wanton and willful disregard of human rights, safety, or property.
