Executions; capias ad satisfaciendum abolished.
56.011 Executions; capias ad satisfaciendum abolished.—A capias ad satisfaciendum may not be issued upon a judgment, nor may the body of any person be subject to arrest or confinement for the payment of money, except for fines imposed by lawful authority.
