GENERAL BILL by Health Care Services ; Albright ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Casey ; Bloom ; Gottlieb ; Tamargo ; Goode ; Arnall ; Peaden ; Flanagan

Health Insurance; exempts moneys paid into medical savings account from attachment, garnishment, or legal process; requires health insurers & HMOs to include in their plans that offer mental health coverage annual & lifetime mental health benefits coverage restrictions; revises minimum standards for Medicare Supplement policies; revises requirements for insurers to issue, cancel, nonrenew, & replace such policies, etc. Amends Chs. 222, 627, 641.
