GENERAL BILL by Forman

Delinquent Personal Property Taxes; authorizes county tax collectors to implement installment payment program for delinquent personal property taxes; provides conditions under which program is available to delinquent personal property taxpayers; provides requirements for applying for participation in program; provides deadline for filing application; allows flexibility; prescribes limitations upon duration of installment plan, etc. Amends 197.432,.472,.172; creates 197.4155, 213.68.
