GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Latvala ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Gutman ; Hargrett

Health Care; provides requirements for accepting outside referrals for diagnostic imaging; authorizes group practices & sole practitioners to accept prescribed percentage of their patients from outside referrals for specified time; requires AHCA in conjunction with Medicaid Fraud Unit of Attorney General's Office to study certain specified business activities & arrangements of providers of clinical lab services for kidney dialysis, etc. Amends 455.654.
