Economic Development; provides for coordination of international activities of Dept. of State; requires Sec. of State to maintain lists re foreign money judgments; creates Fla. International Archive & Repository; requires Enterprise Florida, Inc., to develop strategic plan that will allow Florida to capitalize on economic opportunities associated with post-embargo Cuba, etc. Amends Ch. 288, 14.2015, 15.18, 55.604,.605, 212.097,.098; creates 257.34.
