GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Clary

Health Care; requires dept. to include certain assessments, projections, & recommendations in department's strategic plan rather than in state health plan; provides duties of Children's Medical Services Program within dept. re child protection teams; provides duty of State Long-Term Care Ombudsman to prepare & submit annual budget requests; requires agency to implement Medicaid prescribed-drug spending-control program, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $401,000.
