GENERAL BILL by Education ; Diaz-Balart

Postsecondary Education; provides performance exemptions for new workforce development education programs; authorizes State Board of Educ. to classify students as residents or nonresidents for tuition purposes; conforms provisions re students with disabilities with federal requirements; prohibits inclusion of certain courses in calculations of fulltime equivalent enrollments, etc. Amends 239.115,.213,.514, Ch. 240.
