Mobile Home Relocation TF; creates said trust fund within DBPR; provides purposes; provides funding; provides for legislative review & termination or re-creation of trust fund; requires that mobile home park owner make specified payments to trust fund upon change in use of mobile home park which requires mobile home owner to move; provides exceptions. Creates 723.06115,.06116. APPROPRIATION: $500,000.
