Mobile Homes; specifies amount of funds to be used to inspect & improve tie-downs for mobile homes; requires Fla. Land Sales, Condominiums, & Mobile Homes Div. to maintain specified records; requires that copies be provided within specified time after written request; revises provisions re statements in prospectus; provides for payment of relocation expenses if mobile home owner is required to move due to change in use of mobile home park, etc. Amends Chs. 215, 723.
