Florida Mobile Home Relocation TF; creates said trust fund within DBPR; provides purposes; provides funding & legislative review & termination or re-creation of trust fund; provides for levy of surcharge on mobile home license taxes; provides for collection & distribution of license tax surcharge; provides for imposition of surcharge on annual fees paid by mobile home park owners, etc. Creates 723.06115, 320.08051, 723.06116; amends 320.081, 723.007.

Effective Date: 07/01/2001 if enacted by 3/5ths vote of membership of each house of Legislature
