CS/HB 1213: Motor Vehicles, Vessels, & Laws

GENERAL BILL by Council for Ready Infrastructure ; Gardiner ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Peterman

Motor Vehicles, Vessels, & Laws; provides that certain vehicles of Health Dept. are authorized emergency vehicles; authorizes certain entities to remove crashed motor vehicles from roadways under certain circumstances; authorizes court to direct HSMV to issue driver's license restricted to business or employment purposes only to certain persons under age 18 found guilty of certain alcohol, drug, or tobacco offenses, etc. Amends FS.
