Economic Development; creates "Fla. Technology Development Act; creates Emerging Technology Commission; provides for Board of Education to develop & approve final plan for establishing centers of excellence in state & authorize expenditures for plan implementation; reassigns responsibility for development & maintenance of certain website to Workforce Florida, Inc.; authorizes demonstration program to be called Learning Gateway, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
