GENERAL BILL by Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Sullivan

Health Regulation; transfers to Health Dept. powers, duties, functions, & assets that relate to consumer complaint services, investigations, & prosecutorial services by AHCA under contract with dept.; requires accreditation of physician offices in which surgery is performed; exempts certain persons from radiologic technologist certification & provides certain training requirements for such exemption; defines term "medically unnecessary procedure", etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $50,000.
