GENERAL BILL by Council for Ready Infrastructure ; Gardiner

Traffic Control & Motor Vehicles; revises traffic control jurisdiction of county over certain roads & rights-of-way dedicated in residential subdivision under certain circumstances; authorizes specified entities to remove crashed motor vehicles in certain circumstances; authorizes employees of HSMV & law enforcement officers to inspect records of persons regularly engaged in business of recovering, towing, or storing vehicles or vessels, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law
