CS/SB 676: Local Option Taxes

GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Wise

Local Option Taxes; provides that certain counties levying specified local option taxes shall receive preference for receipt of any transportation grant for which county applies; provides for applicability. Amends 339.12.
