GENERAL BILL by Business Regulation ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Mayfield ; Ritter

Telecommunications Companies; provides legislative finding that provision of unregulated voice-over-internet protocol is in public interest; changes term "alternative local exchange telecommunications company" to "competitive local exchange telecommunications company"; provides procedures for staying election of local exchange telecommunications companies to be subject to alternative regulations, etc. Amends FS.
