GENERAL BILL by Children and Families ; Lynn ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Bennett ; Bullard

Community-based Care; deletes requirement for contracts for legal services in certain counties; deletes requirement for plan; requires Governor's approval of dept.'s methodology for transferring funds; modifies schedule by which community-based care will be implemented; changes eligibility requirements for participation in community partnership matching grant program, etc. Amends 409.1671,.16745,.175.
