Military Affairs; specifies persons exempt from military duty; provides for military law of state; provides duties & authority of Governor; designates Adjutant General as head of Military Affairs Dept.; provides additional duties of Governor as commander in chief of militia of state; provides that persons declaring intention to become citizens may be members of Florida National Guard; revises provisions re activation of troops, etc. Amends Ch. 250.
