Economic Stimulus; adds institutions of higher education to participants in collaborative planning process for urban infill & redevelopment areas; revises sales-price criteria for characterizing business property purchased for use in enterprise zone; authorizes Tourism, Trade & Economic Development Office to amend boundaries of certain enterprise zone; revises certain education & experience requirements for personal lines agents, etc. Amends FS.
