GENERAL BILL by Judiciary ; Transportation ; Argenziano ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Lynn

Highway Safety; requires hearing for specified violations of traffic control signal devices resulting in crash; provides penalties for certain traffic infractions requiring mandatory hearing; requires driver improvement course for second violation of specified provisions within specified time period; provides for distribution of funds to trauma centers; provides child-restraint requirements for children ages 4 through 7, etc. Amends FS.

Effective Date: Upon becoming law except as otherwise provided
