GENERAL BILL by Ritter ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Brandenburg ; Henriquez
Charter Employees & Contractors; requires both instructional & noninstructional personnel of charter schools to file fingerprints with school board of district within which charter school is located; provides that contractors have same probationary status as employees; provides duties of FDLE re retention of fingerprint records submitted on behalf of school employees & contractors; provides for availability of such fingerprints. Amends 1012.32.
