Sexual Offenders & Predators [LPCC]; revises provisions re reporting requirements for sexual predators in transient status; provides additional restrictions for certain conditional releasees who committed sexual offenses with minors under the age of 16; revises provisions re polygraph examinations of specified probationers or community controllees who have committed specified sexual offenses, etc. Amends 775.21, 943.0435, 947.1405, 948.30,.31.
