GENERAL BILL by Insurance, Business, and Financial Affairs Policy Committee ; Domino ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Ford ; Holder ; Murzin ; Williams, T.

Public Accountancy; Removes authority of Board of Accountancy or DBPR to require that applicants for licensure as CPAs pass examination pertaining to state laws & rules; provides that CPA licensees are not subject to specified continuing education requirements for reactivation of license; specifies that members of board & probable cause panels who hold licenses must be licensed in Florida; deletes provisions requiring late filing fee, etc.
