GENERAL BILL by Community Affairs ; Bennett
Growth Management [EPSC]; Prohibits the members of the local governing body from serving on the local planning agency. Revises standards for the future land use plan in a local comprehensive plan. Requires certain counties to certify that they have adopted a plan for ensuring affordable workforce housing before obtaining certain funding. Expands the definition of the term "blighted area" to include land previously used as a military facility, etc.
