Building Safety [CPSC]; Specifies an additional condition that constitutes an abandonment of homestead property for purposes of a homestead exemption. Authorizes the Division of Hotels and Restaurants of the DBPR to have access to places in which a conveyance and equipment are located. Revises provisions relating to a uniform mitigation verification inspection form for factoring discounts for wind insurance, etc.
