Rec./Personal Identifying Information of Child Residing With Sexual Offender or Sexual Predator; Creates public records exemption for personal identifying information revealing name, age, & location of child permanently residing with sexual offender or sexual predator, which information is required to be provided to appropriate local & state agencies; authorizes sheriff's office, FDLE, & DOC to share with each other relevant information regarding residence of sexual offender or sexual predator & information involving instances of sexual offender or sexual predator permanently residing with child; provides for future review & repeal of exemption; provides statement of public necessity.

Effective Date: on the same date that HB 731 or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is enacted in the same legislative session, or an extension thereof, and becomes law
