Economic Development; Establishes Economic Development Programs Evaluation; revises date on which DEO & Enterprise Florida, Inc., are required to report on business climate & economic development in state; provides for exemption from tax imposed under ch. 212, F.S., for certain machinery & equipment; requires DEO to analyze each economic development incentive application; requires DEO to publish on website specified information concerning state investment in economic development programs; provides for expansion of boundaries of enterprise zones that meet certain requirements; provides for state’s guarantee of certain federal loans to local governments; creates Triumph Gulf Coast, Inc., as nonprofit corporation; requires corporation to create & administer Recovery Fund for benefit of disproportionately affected counties, etc.
