Tax Credit for Carbon Farming; Establishes tax credit for carbon farming; requires Secretary of DEP, in consultation with DOR & DACS, to determine amount of tax credit; requires DOR to certify taxpayer's eligibility for credit; authorizes tax credit to carry forward for period of time; requires department to adopt rules; making technical change; revises order in which credits against corporate income tax or franchise tax may be taken to include credits for carbon farming; revises term "adjusted federal income" to include certain tax credits taken relating to carbon farming.
