Taxes and Fees/Recreational Marijuana; Imposing an excise tax on recreational marijuana; providing for inflation adjustments to the tax rate; providing for collection of the tax; providing for distribution of tax revenues; authorizing an application fee for marijuana establishments, etc.
Effective Date: Except as otherwise expressly provided in this act, and except for this section, which shall take effect upon this act becoming a law, this act shall take effect on the same date that SB ___ or similar legislation takes effect, if such legislation is adopted in the same legislative session or an extension thereof and becomes a law
