GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Bradley

Reduction of Human Trafficking; Citing this act as the "Human Trafficking Reduction Act"; prohibiting an operator of a public lodging establishment from offering an hourly rate for an accommodation; increasing criminal penalties for soliciting or procuring another person to commit prostitution or other specified offenses or purchasing the services of a person engaged in prostitution; creating the Statewide Data Repository for Anonymous Human Trafficking Data at the University of South Florida, etc.

Effective Date: Upon becoming a law
