Marshal of Supreme Court; appointment; training.
Marshal of Supreme Court; appointment; training.—
The Supreme Court shall appoint a marshal who shall hold office during the pleasure of the court.
The marshal and his or her assistants shall attend and successfully complete a minimum standards training program approved by the Criminal Justice Standards and Training Commission within the Department of Law Enforcement.
