Sanctuary policies prohibited.
1908.103 Sanctuary policies prohibited.—A state entity, law enforcement agency, or local governmental entity may not adopt or have in effect a sanctuary policy.

1Note.—Section 2, ch. 2019-102, provides that “[a] sanctuary policy, as defined in s. 908.102, Florida Statutes, that is in effect on the effective date of this act violates the public policy of this state and must be repealed within 90 days after that date.”
