Prof. Regulation/Rulemaking (RAB); authorizes Fla. Real Estate Commission to adopt rules requiring written evidence to establish good character; authorizes said commission to adopt rules re advertising of property or services & extends certain time limits for licensees on probation; provides for adoption of rules re continuing education requirements by Construction Industry Licensing Board, etc. Amends 475.17,.25, 489.115,.1195, 492.105.
