GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Agriculture and Consumer Services ; Thomas

Agric. & Horticulture Protection; clarifies provisions re requirement to immediately inform Agric. & Consumer Services Dept. upon receipt or possession of any noxious weed, plant, plant product, or regulated article infected or infested with any plant pest; provides for Agri. Economic Development Program disaster loans; provides penalty for intentional or reckless burning of lands; revises timing requirements for inspection & permitting of amusement rides, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $100,000.
