GENERAL BILL by Fiscal Policy ; Health, Aging and Long-Term Care ; Banking and Insurance ; Latvala ; Brown-Waite ; Silver ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Geller ; KURTH ; Dawson ; Klein ; Cowin

Health Care Protection Act; (THIS BILL COMBINES CS/S2154,CS/S1900 & 282) reduces assessment against hospitals for outpatient services & certain health care entities; increases benefits furnished by Medicaid providers to recipients of hospital outpatient services; provides for contract with & reimbursement of entity in Pasco or Pinellas County that provides in-home physician services to Medicaid recipients with degenerative neurological diseases, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION.
