CS/CS/SB 1346: Behavioral Health Care Services

GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Children and Families ; Saunders

Behavioral Health Care Services; provides legislative intent; requires AHCA & CFS Dept. to accept accreditation in lieu of their administrative & program monitoring under certain circumstances; requires AHCA & CFS Dept. to accept accreditation in lieu of their onsite licensure reviews; conforms provisions; authorizes CFS Dept., in consultation with AHCA, to establish children's behavioral crisis unit demonstration models, etc. Amends Chs. 394, 397.
