Taxation; increases exemptions for taxpayers who are natural persons; requires DOR to make annual recommendations to Legislature concerning provisions that need to be adopted in order to bring this state's system into compliance with Streamlined Sales & Use Tax Agreement; provides credit against tax for contributions to nonprofit scholarship-funding organization, etc. Amends Chs. 213, 220, 199.185, 212.08, 215.20.
