GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Governmental Oversight and Productivity ; Atwater

State Financial Matters Management; provides that DMS, rather than agencies acting on their own behalf, can lease space for agencies; authorizes dept. to participate in large-scale leases; specifies permissible lengths for contract terms & renewal & extension periods for certain executive agency contracts re office space, real property, or improvements; amends provision re Fla. Single Audit Act; amends provision re legislative budget requests, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION.
