Polk County Historical Commission, Polk County; Revises the number of commission members. Provides for membership eligibility, terms of membership, meetings, attendance at meetings, and rules of procedure. Provides for staff. Provides powers and duties. Provides for a historical preservation manager. Provides for funding and the creation of dedicated accounts for the Polk County Historical Museum and the Genealogical Library. Deletes provisions relating to the Polk County Historical Association. Requires the board of county commissioners to provide a repository for certain materials, etc.
