GENERAL BILL by Regulated Industries ; Casas

Professions & Occupations Regulation; provides criteria for evaluating proposals for new regulation of profession or occupation based on effect of such regulation on job creation or retention; provides rulemaking authority to DBPR for regulation of any profession under its jurisdiction which does not have regulatory board; requires fingerprint cards with applications for registration, certification, or licensure in certain professions, etc. Amends Chs. 11, 455, 468, 475, 477.
