Health Care Licensing & Regulation (HFC); Health Care; requires field offices of AHCA to establish local coordinating workgroups to identify operation of unlicensed assisted living facilities & to develop plan to enforce state laws re unlicensed assisted living facilities; revises general licensing provisions for professions under jurisdiction of Health Dept.; clarifies applicability of Insurance Code to HMOs; creates & provides requirements for Council on Certified Nursing Assistants, etc. Amends FS. Appropriation: $710,000.
