GENERAL BILL by Goodlette ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Smith ; Rubio

Elections; creates "Florida Election Reform Act of 2001"; prohibits at specified time use of any voting system that uses apparatus or device for piercing of ballots by voter; requires verification of elector's eligibility if elector's name is not on precinct register; provides for Voter's Bill of Rights & Responsibilities; provides for pollworker recruitment & training; provides for study of elections process in multiple times zones, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION.
