GENERAL BILL by Transportation ; Sebesta

Motor Vehicles & Vessels; provides that certain vehicles of Health Dept. are authorized emergency vehicles; revises traffic law enforcement authority of university police officers; provides for confidential registration & issuance under fictitious name of decals for vessels operated by law enforcement agency; requires acceptance of Florida ID card as proof of ID by persons accepting driver's license as proof of identification, etc. Amends FS.
