Firesafety Inspections; Provides exceptions to specified local government firesafety inspection requirements; specifies inspection requirements for fire hydrants owned by governmental entities; authorizes local government utilities to comply using designated employees; specifies responsibility for ensuring qualification of designated employees to make inspections.
