Uniform Interstate Depositions and Discovery Act; Repeals Uniform Foreign Depositions Law & replaces with Uniform Interstate Depositions & Discovery Act; provides for subpoenas, depositions, production & inspection of documents & tangible evidence, protective orders, uniformity of construction, & applicability.
