GENERAL BILL by Appropriations ; Ethics and Elections ; Carlton ; (CO-INTRODUCERS) Dawson

Elections; removes provisions re voting systems that use voting machines or paper ballots; requires supervisors of elections & Dept. of State to report on overvotes & undervotes following general election; revises deadlines for certification of election results; modifies information that must be included on absentee ballot; provides for design of statewide voter registration database & requirements for database, etc. Amends FS. Appropriation: $2,000,000
