SB 1124: Insurance Fraud
GENERAL BILL by Posey
Insurance Fraud; requires additional fee for reinstatement of suspended or revoked driver's license when revocation or suspension was for offense re fraudulent insurance claim; requires mandatory driver's license revocation for conviction of one of such offense re said claim; authorizes rules for reporting suspected fraudulent activity to Insurance Fraud Div.; redefines elements of offense of insurance fraud, etc. Amends FS. APPROPRIATION: $2,420,000.
